Minimum age
The minimum age to use USPN.TV is 13. Accounts where the date of birth indicates under 13 are blocked at signup with a friendly message and a contact link for parents.
13–17 year olds
Accounts where the date of birth indicates 13–17 are flagged as minor_status: minor. Monetization features (tipping, fan tiers, fundraising contributions, earnings dashboards) are disabled on minor accounts. Content uploaded by a minor account is flagged for moderation review.
Data collected for minor accounts
Email, handle, display name, date of birth (used solely for age verification), and the videos and metadata you choose to upload. We do not collect precise geolocation or contact lists from minor accounts.
Parental consent & control
For 13–17 accounts, a parent or guardian can request account deletion or content removal at any time by emailing safety@uspn.tv.
Reporting concerns
Every video viewer page has a Report button. Reports go directly to our moderation queue and are reviewed within 24 hours. You do not need an account to file a report.
