What happens when I hit my cap?
New uploads pause until you upgrade or free up space. Your existing videos always stay online — going over your cap never deletes anything. Paid tiers warn you at 80% before you get there.
Monthly or annual?
Either, on Fan, Archive and Program. Annual costs ten months for twelve, so a year gets you two months free. Founding Member is annual only.
Cold storage after 180 days?
Files older than 180 days move to cold storage automatically. Playback still works, but the first stream after cold-storage takes a few seconds longer to spin up.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from Storage in your dashboard. Your archive stays online for good — we never delete your videos. New uploads pause while you are over the cap of whatever plan you are on.
Can I upgrade from the web?
Yes. Pick a plan above and check out right here — your new cap applies as soon as payment goes through, and your usage updates on the Storage page in your dashboard.
