What happens when I hit my cap?
Free is a hard cap — uploads pause until you upgrade or remove content. Paid tiers send soft warnings starting at 80% used.
Cold storage after 180 days?
Files older than 180 days move to cold storage automatically. Playback still works, but the first stream after cold-storage takes a few seconds longer to spin up.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your billing portal in the app. Your archive stays online; new uploads pause once you exceed the Free cap.
Can I upgrade from the web?
Storage tier billing is handled in the iOS / Android app for v1. Web shows your usage and links you back to the app to upgrade.
