Terms of Service

Effective date: August 19, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and USPNTV LLC (“USPN,” “we,” “us”), which operates the USPN.TV website and the USPN iOS and Android apps (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, uploading content, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 13, you may not use the Service. If you are between 13 and 17, your account is treated as a minor account: monetization features, including tips, fan tiers, fundraising contributions, and earnings dashboards, are disabled, and a parent or guardian may request deletion of your account or content at any time.

If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. See our COPPA and minor-safety statement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at safety@uspn.tv if you believe your account has been compromised. One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone.

3. Your content and the license you grant

You own your content. Videos, thumbnails, descriptions, and other material you upload remain yours. These Terms do not transfer ownership of anything to us.

By uploading content, you grant USPN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, reformat, transcode, transmit, and display that content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. This license exists so we can technically deliver your videos to the people you share them with. It ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained in backups that expire on a rolling schedule and copies others have downloaded or that we must retain by law.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload your content and to grant this license, and that:

  • You either created the content or have permission from everyone who holds rights in it.
  • You have the necessary consents from identifiable people appearing in it, including from a parent or guardian where a minor appears.
  • The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy right.

4. Tagging other people

The Service lets you tag people in a video by adding them to your contact list with a mobile phone number and/or an email address. When you tag someone, USPN sends that person a one-time notification on your behalf telling them they were tagged and linking to the video.

By tagging a contact, you represent that you have that person’s permission to share their mobile phone number and email address with USPN and to have USPN notify them at that number or address on your behalf. If the person you are tagging is a minor, you represent that you have their parent or guardian’s permission.

Do not upload contact lists you have no relationship with, and do not use tagging to send unsolicited messages. Tag counts are limited per video, and we may suspend the tagging feature or your account for abuse. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages, and we honor those opt-outs. How we handle contact data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or that exploits or endangers a minor.
  • Upload content you do not have the rights to, or that infringes anyone’s intellectual property.
  • Tag people without their permission, or use the Service to send unsolicited or bulk messages.
  • Impersonate another person, team, school, or organization.
  • Attempt to access another user’s account, data, or private videos.
  • Scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or its security features, or circumvent any rate limit or access control.
  • Use the Service to commit fraud, launder money, or process payments for anything unlawful.
  • Upload malware or anything designed to disrupt the Service or its users.

Every video page has a Report button. Reports go to our moderation queue and are reviewed promptly. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Payments, tips, and donations

Payments on the Service — including tips, fan subscriptions, fundraising contributions, paid storage plans, and creator payouts — are processed by Stripe. By making or receiving a payment, you also agree to Stripe’s terms and authorize Stripe to charge your payment method. USPN does not receive or store your full payment card details.

Tips and donations are voluntary payments to a creator or campaign. They are not tax-deductible charitable contributions unless the recipient explicitly states otherwise and is qualified to do so, and they are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we determine a payment was fraudulent or made in error. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Creators are responsible for their own taxes on amounts they receive. Monetization is unavailable to accounts flagged as minors.

7. Copyright

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement submitted under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. See our DMCA page for how to file a notice. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the USPN app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would create risk for USPN or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including content licenses for material still in backups, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — survive.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content will always be available or preserved.

Content on the Service is uploaded by users. USPN does not endorse it and is not responsible for it. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, USPNTV LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or content, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid USPN in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred United States dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold USPNTV LLC harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of content you upload, people you tag, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or of any third party’s rights.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and USPNTV LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will give notice through the Service before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
