Privacy Policy

We collect only what the Service needs to work.

• Account information. Your email address, username (handle), display name, password credentials, and date of birth. Date of birth is used to verify your age and nothing else.
• Content you upload. Videos, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, sport and team metadata, and any other material you choose to publish or keep private on the Service.
• Contacts you enter. When you add someone to your contact list so you can tag them in a video, we store the name you give them and the mobile phone number and/or email address you enter. Contacts are stored privately under your own account and are not visible to other users.
• Activity on the Service. Videos you watch, follow, like, or save, and tags you create.
• Technical and analytics data. We use Plausible for privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta pixels, or similar cross-site trackers. Our servers log IP addresses and request data for a limited period for security and abuse prevention.
• Anti-abuse data. Public form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile tokens are verified server-side and are not retained.
• Payment information. Payments, tips, and donations are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your card or bank details directly. We never receive or store full payment card numbers.

• To create and secure your account, and to verify that you meet our minimum age requirement.
• To host, transcode, store, and deliver the videos you upload.
• To send the notifications you ask us to send, including the text message and email that go out when you tag a contact in a video.
• To process payments, tips, donations, subscriptions, and creator payouts through Stripe.
• To moderate content, respond to reports, and enforce our Terms of Service.
• To understand aggregate usage of the Service so we can improve it.
• To meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

When you tag a contact in a video, USPN sends that contact a one-time text notification. The message is initiated by you, the tagging user, at the moment you tag them. It tells the recipient who tagged them, names the video, and links to it. USPN does not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not text people who have not been tagged by a user.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further text messages from USPN. Reply HELP for help. You can also email us at safety@uspn.tv to be removed.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile numbers are shared only with the telecommunications provider that delivers the message on our behalf, strictly so that the message you initiated can be sent. That provider may not use the number for its own marketing purposes.

If you tag someone, you are responsible for having their permission to share their number with us. See our Terms of Service.

If a contact you tag has an email address on file, we also send that person a one-time email notification about the tag. Every notification email includes a way to stop receiving them. Account and security emails, such as password resets and verification messages, are transactional and are sent regardless of notification preferences.

We share information only in these situations:

• Service providers. Google Firebase and Google Cloud (authentication, database, file storage, serverless functions), Stripe (payments and payouts), our telecommunications provider (text message delivery), our transactional email provider (email delivery), Cloudflare (bot protection), and Plausible (analytics). Each may process only the data needed to perform its function for us.
• Other users, by your choice. Your handle, display name, avatar, bio, and any content you publish publicly are visible to others. Videos you mark private are not.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent harm, fraud, or abuse.
• Business transfer. If USPNTV LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to data brokers or advertisers.

Account data, video files, and contact records are stored on Google Firebase and Google Cloud infrastructure in the United States. Payment data is stored by Stripe under its own security program. Data is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is limited to personnel who need it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account from the USPN app, which permanently removes your account, your uploaded videos, and your stored contacts. Some records may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes, or in backups that expire on a rolling schedule.

• Access and correction. View and edit your account information at any time in Settings.
• Deletion. Delete individual videos, delete stored contacts, or delete your entire account.
• Messaging opt-out. Reply STOP to any text message, or use the unsubscribe control in a notification email.
• Requests about you. If you are not a USPN user but received a notification because someone tagged you, you may ask us to delete your phone number or email address from our systems by emailing safety@uspn.tv.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to appeal a decision we make about such a request. We honor these requests regardless of your location and will not discriminate against you for making one. Contact us at the address below.

The minimum age to use USPN.TV is 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Accounts for users aged 13 to 17 are flagged as minor accounts, and monetization features are disabled on them. A parent or guardian may request deletion of a minor’s account or content at any time. We may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will give notice through the Service before they take effect.
